Returns and warranty
We value you! We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We take pride in prototyping and testing our designs, and we expect our signature rucksacks to last 10+ years with normal use and regular care. However, if something goes wrong, please let us know so that we can make it right. We will repair your bag at our expense, or at a reasonable fee, or offer you a new one (depending on the problem). What you ordered isn't quite what you expected? We're happy to take back your order in exchange for an equivalent product or store credit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of your intention to exchange your purchase within three (3) days of receiving. Please put the item in the mail back to us within 14 days of receiving. Return shipping is at your expense. Returned items must be in original condition with original tags. Your store credit will be issued within 24 hours of us receiving your returned item. Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable in all cases and will be subtracted from the credit amount.
